Great large room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that whenever the upstairs people moved their chairs, the scraping noise could wake you up and the pipes were noisy when an adjacent room used the water. We didn't have breakfast there, so can't comment. Location was great, close to the market and a 7 minute walk to Plaza Concorde

The room and hotel were very clean. Front desk staff were helpful with transportation information. Ladies did a great job of cleaning the room daily.

The hotel was excellent except the first room was facing the street and was noisy. After they moved me to an inner room it was much better.

Amazing. I'm on my motorcycle half an hour outside Cholula and I realize I have nowhere to stay. So I pull over and google shows me that there's this 4 star hotel for about $25 USD - which is amazing for last minute on Friday night. I book it, and then I arrive, driving straight into the parking lot. The attendant is very friendly and directs me to a sheltered spot for my bike, even tho I haven't checked in Check-in was a breeze, my id was buried in my luggage but I didn't have to show it, I handed over the 600 pesos quoted on booking, wrote my name on a piece of paper, and was issued a key to a very large and pleasant room overlooking the pool

The room was a good size, and the kingsize bed very comfortable. Shower had good pressure and was hot. Good price for a mid-week stay. The room was ready so they let us checkin a few hours early, which was nice.
